2] Use InPrivate or Incognito Mode

This is a fairly tricky business and can sometimes work and even not work. Because of the fact that browser data are not stored on a computer while using the InPrivate or Incognito mode of a web browser. This are different ways by which this can be done on different browsers.

If you are using Google Chrome, all you need to is hit the CTRL + Shift + N button combinations on your keyboard and you are good to go. It will open a new window in Incognito Mode where you can try to register your device again.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, all you need to is hit the CTRL + Shift + P button combinations on your keyboard and you are good to go. It will open a new window in InPrivate Browsing Mode where you can try to register your device again.

In case that you are using Microsoft Edge, all you need to is hit the CTRL + Shift + P button combinations on your keyboard and you are good to go. It will open a new window in InPrivate Mode where you can try to register your device again.

3] Check your credentials

The last resort is to check if the details that you are entering are correct and match to a valid set of data.

If the issue is still not fixed, you can just email or call Microsoft Support to get this sorted out.
